According to the embodiment of the invention, the sub-resource selection window of the current transmission (including initial transmission or HARQ retransmission) in the auxiliary link is designed, so that the first terminal can complete the maximum retransmission timeswithin the time delay requirement range of the data, and the data transmission effect of the auxiliary link data is ensured.
