The invention discloses an uplink control channel resource distribution method and device. The method comprises the following steps of: establishing a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource table corresponding to uplink control information, wherein a time domain index of a PUCCH resource is set to be the minimum common multiples of various PUCCH repeated cycles supported by the PUCCH resource for transmitting the corresponding uplink control information; and during distribution of the PUCCH resource, finding out an available resource according to the resource table and the PUCCH repeated cycle of a current terminal, finding out an available resource within a range according to the resource table and a smaller PUCCH repeated cycle, and distributing the PUCCH resource to the current terminal according to the search results. Therefore, when the PUCCH resource is distributed to the terminal, the PUCCH repeated cycle of the terminal is considered, and the smaller PUCCH repeated cycle is also considered; under the condition that the uplink control channel resources in different cycles coexist, the transmission requirement of the current terminal can be met and the utilization rate of the uplink control channel resources is increased; and meanwhile, the resources can be selected according to the resource table designed by the embodiment of the invention, so the technology implementation is simplified.

Installation for harvesting ocean currents (IHOC) and methods and means for its delivery, installation and servicing

Installation for harvesting energy of ocean currents (IHOC) in deepwaters is based on utilization of a semisubmersible platform and the multiple of vertically oriented Darrieus type hydraulic turbines. The turbines are located as close as possible to ocean surface, where speed of current is usually at its maximum. Since speed of current fluctuate during the seasons a system controlling buoyancy force of that keeps IHOC floating near surface is employed. The mooring system consists of three tethers, which prevent transferring of overturning moment applied to IHOC to anchoring base. The electric power generators are located in a machinery room on a structure well above sea level and would transmit electric power to the shore utilizing flexible cable. During hurricane it will be lowered to the depth preventing turbines from being affected by wave actions, at the same time it would keep machinery room above wave action. For the purpose of delivery assembled on shore Turbine Housing to destination site and installing it there a special convoy is formed consisting of Catamaran Delivery Barge and Stabilizing Platform.

Flexible Fire-Resistant Thermally Insulated Composite Structures

The instant invention includes a flexible fire-resistant thermally insulated composite structure designed in some embodiments to pass through an opening. The structure may be self-supporting due to the stiffness of various layers, and battens may contribute to the self-supporting capacity of the structure.
The flexible composite structure may have a collapsed transit configuration, allowing the structure to be compressed to more easily pass it through an opening, a rotable attachment to allow the structure to rotate away from the opening, and a releasable attachment for attaching the structure around an opening periphery. In another embodiment, the structure may also include a bottom and such a structure could provide shelter in conditions ranging from ambient environmental conditions to the extreme heat of certain fires.
The insulative structures of the instant invention are not limited to embodiments designed to rest on generally horizontal surfaces. For example, it may be desirable to utilize such a structure to block an attic fan, or other roof penetration, during certain seasons of the year. Such an embodiment may also include a releasable attachment configured for releasably attaching the installation periphery to a surface inclined from the horizontal.

The embodiment of the invention designs a variable-reluctance stimulation and decoding module for measuring position angle of a rotor of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The variable-reluctance stimulation and decoding module comprises a signal stimulation circuit, a signal decoding circuit, wherein the signal stimulation circuit is used for converting a digital square signal of a signal processor into a sine wave stimulation signal for driving a rotating transformer and comprises a multi-stage filtering amplification circuit for generating a sine wave signal, a push-pull circuit connected with the output end of the multi-stage filtering amplification circuit, and a stimulation winding for improving the driving capability of the signal so as to drive the rotating transformer; the signal decoding circuit is used for decoding the output signal of the rotating transformer and comprises a differential amplification circuit, a rectification turning circuit and a filtering circuit; the differential amplification circuit is used for receiving a differential signal output by the rotary transformer and outputting an amplified echo signal; the rectification turning circuit is used for extracting an envelope line of an echo signal; the filtering circuit is used for filtering the turned echo signal into a flat level signal. According to the embodiment, the cost is effectively reduced, and the function of a decoding chip can be achieved by using only resistance-capacitance devices and operational amplifiers.
