This model can be used to further study the pathogenic mechanism of Aβ25-35-induced cardiomyopathy and novel treatment methods using adventitia-35 transport as a pathway, while also providing a new perspective for studying the pathogenic mechanisms and diagnostic and treatment methods of AD or cerebrovascular diseases.
