Disclosed herein is a stent which is inserted into a blood vessel of a patient who has to undergo hemodialysis. The stent includes a wire frame which has a hollow cylindrical structure, and a window which is formed in a partial portion of a circumferential surface of the wire frame. The window has no wire therein. According to one aspect of the invention, the stent may further comprise a graft which covers the stent. Such a structure allows puncturing using a needle and inserting the needle into the window of the stent inside the blood vessel of the patient who has to periodically undergo hemodialysis, so as to makes it possible for hemodialysis to be reliably conducted for the patient who receives the treatment of inserting the covered stent due to arterial aneurysm. In this way, the present invention can solve problems not only of deformation of the covered stent which occurs when a hemodialysis needle is inserted into the stent, but also of patient discomfort when having skin punctured, high cost, thrombopoiesis, a risk of recurrence, etc.

The invention discloses a multifunctional nerve blocking puncture needle which comprises a needle tube and a needle head located at the front end of the needle tube. A support is connected to the tail end of the needle tube. A channel communicated with an inner cavity of the needle tube is formed inside the support. The support is sleeved with an elastic pressing body. A local anesthetic is contained between the elastic pressing body and the outer wall of the support. A hole for guiding the local anesthetic into the channel is formed in the support. During puncture, the local anesthetic is squeezed into the channel by pressing the elastic pressing body through fingers, and the negative pressure effect is formed between the elastic pressing body and the support after the fingers are loosened. If the needle head is punctured into a blood vessel, blood inside the blood vessel flows into the elastic pressing body so that judgment can be performed conveniently by medical workers, injection into the blood vessel is avoided, and therefore safety needed before injection can be ensured. The multifunctional nerve blocking puncture needle can be applied to nerve blocking puncture.
