The invention provides a hydrogel composite microneedle as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a mixed solution from a sodium hydroxide solution and a phosphate solution; a uniform and transparent solution is obtained from the low-molecular sodium hyaluronate and the mixed solution; obtaining a first uniform solution from the uniform transparent solution, N, N-dimethylformamide and methacrylic anhydride; adjusting the pH value of the first uniform solution to obtain a second uniform solution; utilizing the second uniform solution to obtain a white flocculent solution; obtaining a white precipitate through the white flocculent solution; dissolving the white precipitate in ultrapure water, and dialyzing to obtain dialyzed liquid; performing vacuum freeze drying on the dialyzed liquid to obtain a MeHA solid; obtaining an M-G solution through the MeHA solid; and obtaining the hydrogel composite microneedle by using the M-G solution. According to the method, the sample extraction efficiency is improved through an extraction and detection two-step method, and stable signals can be kept in the detection process.

Application of exosome miRNA markers in evaluation of treatment efficacy of small cell lung cancer

The application discloses application of exosome miRNA markers in evaluation of curative effect of immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy on small cell lung cancer patients. The exosome miRNA markers are a combination of miR-338-5p, miR-345-5p, miR-150-5p, miR-7706 and miR-328-3p. It is found for the first time that a combination of plasma exosome miRNA and TNM stage can be used as a marker to effectively predict a population benefiting from an immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy treatment scheme. Due to the unique structure of the exosome and the advantages of liquid biopsy technology, the exosome miR-338-5p, miR-345-5p, miR-150-5p, miR-7706, miR-328-3p and TNM stage combination of the application has high sensitivity and convenience as a population screening for benefiting from an immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy combined treatment scheme.
