The invention relates to the technical field of biomedical engineering, and discloses a renal sympathetic nerve nuclide evaluation system and method for RDN, and the system comprises a nuclide image collection module, a data analysis module, a nuclide kinetic parameter analysis module, a neural activity quantification module and a dynamic evaluation and decision module, and is used for collecting a nuclide image data set; identifying a kidney area in the nuclide image data set, and analyzing the radioactivity counting rate of the kidney area; analyzing an uptake index and a retention index of the radionuclide marker based on the radioactivity counting rate; analyzing a sympathetic nerve activity quantitative index of the kidney region according to the uptake index, the retention index and the electrocardio physiological data; and determining a dynamic threshold value of the sympathetic nerve activity quantitative index based on the activity expression level index of the target object, and performing dynamic analysis on the sympathetic nerve activity quantitative index according to the dynamic threshold value to obtain an evaluation index.
