The method comprises the steps: a first medical database signs the number of medical data to be shared and a target hospital identifier by adopting a first private key and sends the signatures to an on-chain smart contract, and the target hospital identifier is written into a corresponding sharing list throughpermission check; a second medical database uses a second private key to sign the number of the medical data to be shared and the target hospital identifier and sends the signatures to the on-chain smart contract, and the hospital fingerprint and the corresponding hash value of the second medical database are determined through permission check; the second medical database acquires the encryptedmedical data object from an interstellar file system cluster and sends a decryption key request; the first medical database determines a decryption key according to the sharing list; and the second medical database decrypts the medical data object according to the second private key and the decryption key.
