Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of forensic medicines, and discloses a system for subtyping 59 micro-haplotypes genetic markers for individual identification in forensic medicine and application thereof. The invention provides a genetic marker combination which is composed of 59 micro-haplotypes positioned on an autosome, and the genetic marker combination can be effectively applied to detection of the forensic medicine; and compared with a conventional detection method, the micro-haplotypes genetic markers for detection in the forensic medicine provided by the invention have the advantagesof being high in sensitivity, accurate in detection results, wide in applicability, and can individually identify human biological samples in a short time, and thus, precious time is gained for breaking forensic cases.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of forensic medicine, in particular to a group of 59 micro-haplotype genetic markers for forensic medicine detection and its application in mixed sample detection. Background technique [0002] Over the past three decades, with advances in molecular biology, forensic DNA profiling has become a powerful crime-fighting tool for the justice sector. At present, the short tandem repeat (STR) typing method based on multiplex PCR amplification and capillary electrophoresis (capillary electrophoresis, CE) is the gold standard for forensic evidence identification. Autosomal STRs are widely used in forensic practice such as individual identification, paternity testing, and mixed sample analysis. Among them, the mixed sample test and its result interpretation is one of the recognized technical problems in the current forensic evidence laboratory, and it is also a scientific problem that needs to be solved urgently in the field ...
