The method comprises: establishing an aggregation target; establishing anequivalent passive network model of the power system, and obtaining a system node admittance matrix and a system incidence matrix based on a Kirchhoff KCL principle by utilizing the equivalent passivenetwork model; establishing a system node voltage equation based on a KCL principle; determining the current of each branch of the system; determining a response factor of each energy storage deviceon each branch of the system according to the relationship between the excitation source and the response generated by each branch under the equivalent passive network model; and determining the output condition of each distributed energy storage device according to the application demand and the response factor of the power system, and making an aggregation scheme to meet the aggregation target.The problem of scheduling control of the distributed energy storage device is solved, the static safety margin of the system is improved, large-scale cascading failures are prevented, and the application potential of the multi-point layout energy storage system is brought into full play.
