Abstract

A light-emitting element according to an embodiment comprises: a light-emitting unit which is mounted on a PCB and which emits light; a light-shielding part which is spaced apart from the PCB, and which has an opening formed at a location corresponding to the light-emitting unit such that the light emitted from the light-emitting unit passes therethrough; a sealing part arranged between the light-shielding part and the PCB so as to prevent the light emitted from the light-emitting unit from being discharged between the light-shielding part and the PCB; and a transmission part coming into contact with one surface of the light-shielding part facing the direction away from the light-emitting unit, and transmitting the light therethrough, wherein the opening can have, on one side end portion in the direction away from the light-emitting unit, an inclined surface which is an outer circumferential surface gradually expanding in the direction away from the light-emitting unit, so as to prevent the spreading of light having passed through the opening.
