The method comprises the steps that a global strategy which is set for an enterprise application and used for authority management is obtained, the enterprise application comprises a plurality of sub-applications, and the global strategy is used for representing authorities, corresponding to the sub-applications, of enterprise employees; if it is detected that permission configuration operation is triggered in a management end of the enterprise application, the global strategyis applied to enterprise employees, and a permission management result obtained after the global strategy is applied is obtained; based on the permission management result obtained after the global strategy is applied, permission strategies, for enterprise employees, of all sub-applications set in the management end are obtained; and the authority of the enterprise employee for each sub-application is managed according to the authority strategy of each sub-application for the enterprise employee. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the authority of each sub-application in the enterprise application for the enterprise employee can be effectively managed.
