The frosting and defrosting system comprises a compressor, an internal condenser, an evaporator, the external heat exchanger, a throttling device, the evaporator and a refrigerant temperature sensor; when the frosting and defrosting system is in a heating mode, an exhaust refrigerant of the compressor enters the internal condenser for condensation and heat release, after being throttled by the throttling device, the refrigerant enters the external heat exchanger for evaporation and heat absorption, the refrigerant at the outlet of the external heat exchanger returns to the compressor, and the refrigerant temperature sensor is arranged at the outlet end of the external heat exchanger; and when the frosting and defrosting system is in a defrosting mode, an exhaust refrigerant of the compressor enters the external heat exchanger for condensation and heat release, the refrigerant temperature sensor detects the inlet temperature of the external heat exchanger, and outlet refrigerant of the external heat exchanger enters the evaporator after being throttled by thethrottling device and then returns to the compressor.
