Through the automatic question and answer processing method, question matching can be carried out based on semantic correlation of the questions, and the accuracy of semantic understanding of the target questions is improved, and thetechnical problems that in the prior art, question matching is carried out based on literal correlation, so that returned answers cannot meet user requirements, and the accuracy is low are solved.
