The device comprises a pre-radiotherapy safety detection module, a breathing monitor, a camera set, a radiotherapy room safety detection module and a radiotherapy instrument. The pre-radiotherapy safety detection module is provided with an identity recognition device, a patient information database and a metal detection device; the breathing monitor is used for monitoring breathing signals of a patient; the camera set is used for collecting video image information and patient posture information in a radiotherapy room, and the camera set collects the patient posture information and combines the patient posture information with the breathing monitor to form a combination of patient posture and respirationsignals so as to judge treatment abnormity; and the radiotherapy room safety detection module is used for analyzing and processing the video image information acquired by the camera set.
