The method comprises the following steps: S1, a market signal initialization stage; S2,a market subject game stage; S3, a market signal updating stage of the transaction center platform; S4, a distributed interactive iteration stage; and S5, a transaction clearing stage. According to the method, multilateral transaction and energy transmission between a plurality of virtual power plants and a plurality of load aggregators in a region are realized, the problem of energy coordinationand distribution between the virtual power plants and the load aggregators is solved, and fair, efficient, flexible and safe energy transaction of multi-party subjects is satisfied. By adopting the distributed algorithm, the energy supply cost of the virtual power plant in the multi-energy market is reduced, the power utilization benefit of the load aggregator on the demand side is improved, andthe information security of each benefit subject is guaranteed while the social welfare is maximized.
