The clamping assembly comprises a clamping platform, a first clamp, a second clamp and a clamping drive, wherein the first clamp and the second clamp arelocated on the clamping platform and used for clamping and sealing the two ends of a pressure reducing valve, and the clamping drive is used for driving the first clamp and the second clamp to get close to each other. The first clamp, the air supply port and an inlet of the first pressure gauge are communicated through a first pipeline, and an outlet of the first pressure gauge is communicated with the first pressure relief port through the first pressure relief valve. The second clamp is communicated with an inlet of the second pressure gauge through a second pipeline, and an outlet of the second pressure gauge is communicated with the second pressure relief port through a second pressure relief valve.
