The method comprises the steps: proposing an edge-preserving contrast-preserving truncated non-convex non-smooth variational model for removing speckle noise of an SAR image, the truncated non-convex non-smooth variational model comprising truncated non-convex non-smooth regular terms, adding a truncation function to the truncated non-convex and non-smooth regular rule, so that the edge and the contrast ratio can be better maintained; the method furthercomprises a method for optimizing the variational model comprising the truncated non-convex non-smooth item. A to-be-processed SAR image is input into the optimized truncated non-convex and non-smooth variation model to obtain an SAR image with speckle noise removed.
