The air purification device is provided with an air flow channel for air to pass through, the air purification device comprises a sterilization module, the sterilization module comprises a filter screen assembly, a heating device, a plasma sterilization and disinfection device and a temperature protection device, the filter screen assembly is arranged in the air flow channel so as to filter air passing through the filter screen assembly, the heating device is arranged in the air flow channel, the filter screen assembly is heated through the heating device, the plasma sterilization and disinfection device is arranged at the upstream of the sterilization module in the airflow flowing direction of the air flow channel so as to sterilize and disinfect air entering the air flow channel; and at least part of the temperature protection device is arranged in the air flow channel, and the temperature protection device enables the temperature of a filter screen of the filter screen assembly not to exceed the tolerable temperature of the filter screen by controlling the heating power of the heating device.
