Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a deep learning-based pneumoconiosis grading method and device, a medium and equipment, and relates to the technical field of machine learning. The method comprises the steps: carrying out feature extraction on a lung image of a patient, and generating a corresponding first lung feature map, wherein the first lung feature map comprises an ROI; performing mask prediction segmentation on the ROI of the first lung feature map to obtain a second lung feature map; fusing the first lung feature map and the second lung feature map; and determining a pneumoconiosis grade corresponding to the lung image based on a fusion result. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of pneumoconiosis grading can be improved, the labor cost is reduced, and subjective errors caused by manual detection are avoided.
