The invention discloses a technological method and
system for improving the temperature uniformity of a
casting blank, and relates to the technical field of
ferrous metallurgy continuous casting. According to the process method, precise regulation and control over the transverse temperature uniformity of the
casting blank are achieved through six steps of building a spraying
water flow density distribution matrix, calculating the comprehensive
water flow density before solidification, conducting data dimensionless
processing, calculating ideal distribution and conducting multi-index judgment and optimization adjustment. The corresponding
system comprises a
data acquisition module, a
processing module, a control module and a feedback module which cooperatively
complete data acquisition,
processing, regulation and control and real-time feedback. According to the method, the influence of different
casting blank sizes is eliminated through a
mathematical model and dimensionless treatment, subjective errors are avoided through seven quantitative indexes, self-adaptive adjustment is achieved in combination with real-time
feedback control, the temperature uniformity of the casting blank is remarkably improved, the defects of transverse cracks,
internal stress concentration and the like are reduced, and the wide industrial application value is achieved.
