Abstract

The invention provides a redirection method for an inactive state terminal. The method comprises the steps: determining a redirection target in response to an initialized uplink transfer message of a dispersed base station, and transmitting a downlink radio resource control transfer message to the dispersed base station, so that the terminal completes redirection according to the redirection target; sending the initialized uplink transfer message based on a radio resource control recovery request message of a terminal by the distributed base station, wherein the downlink radio resource control transfer message carries a redirection target, and the terminal is in an inactive state. According to the method, the message interaction flow between the terminal and the base station can be reduced, so that the call delay is shortened, the call drop rate is reduced, and the voice user experience is improved. The invention further provides a redirection device of the inactive state terminal, electronic equipment and a computer readable medium.
