The array substrate comprises pixel circuits, wherein the pixel circuits are distributed in an array mode in a first direction and a second direction, each pixel circuit comprises a first semiconductor part, and each first semiconductor part comprises a first node and a second node; a first reference signal line extending in a first direction and electrically connected to the first node; a second reference signal line extending in the first direction and electrically connected to the second node; a first semiconductor part, in which the first node of one pixel circuit and the second node of the other pixel circuit of two adjacent pixel circuits in the second direction are connected through the second semiconductor part; and a control part, wherein the orthographic projection of the control part on the plane where the array substrate is located is at least partially overlapped with the orthographic projection of the second semiconductor part on the plane where the array substrate is located, and the control part and the second semiconductor part form a switch element. According to the embodiment of the invention, the characteristic consistency of the pixel circuit can be improved.
