AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented describes different methods for producing certain types of biological molecules that are useful in treating diseases caused by excessive sugar levels such as type 1 diabetes (T1DM). By separating these materials into two groups - one with beta amyloid peptides called BA3 and another without any other compounds found within it – they could help prevent damage to cells when ingested through food sources like seafoods.

Problems solved by technology

This patents discuss how different ways exist at this time when controlling harmful organism populations such as seafood fishery (red tide) caused damage on coasts due to their negative impact on aquatic environments like oceans. Biologically effective treatments involve either physicochemical techniques or biocide agents. However, these approaches may cause environmental concerns because some metabolites released during decomposition could lead to health hazards if accidentally used without proper controls. Therefore, new strategies aim towards developing safer alternatives based on natural principles rather than chemistry.

Abstract

The invention provides bacillus tequilensis with algicidal activity and an application of the bacillus tequilensis. According to the invention, a strain of bacillus tequilensis with algicidal activity is obtained through separation, and algicidal active substances are separated from metabolites of the bacillus tequilensis and identified as surfactin, specifically surfactin-C13, surfactin-C14 or surfactin-C15. The surfacein-C13 and the surfacein-C14 have inhibition and killing activity on heterosymphosis rugosa, skeletonema costatum and prorocentrum donghaiense, the surfacein-C15 has inhibition and killing activity on the heterosymphosis rugosa and the skeletonema costatum, and the three active substances can be used for development and application of novel microbial algicides and are expected to be applied to red tide treatment.
