This application relates to a
raw material mixing device for the production of bactericides and algaecides, belonging to the technical field of mixing equipment. It includes a
mixing tank, a mixing shaft, mixing blades, and a
reduction drive motor. A feeding
assembly is installed at the top of the
mixing tank, and multiple flow-dispersing components are also installed inside the tank. These components include a rotating body, gears, racks, and an electric push rod. The rotating body is rotatably mounted inside the
mixing tank. By incorporating these flow-dispersing components, in the early stages of mixing, the inclined surface of the flow-dispersing section faces the direction of the
raw material's movement, allowing the
raw material to flow quickly over the inclined surface, enabling rapid circulation. During this process, vortices are also formed behind the flow-dispersing components, providing initial turbulence and mixing. In the later stages of mixing, the electric push rod drives the rotating body to change direction, obstructing the flow of raw material and causing disorder within the mixing tank, thus ensuring thorough mixing and a good
mixing effect.
