acceptor, the ratio of DES to Chlorella

liquid ratio, and the ultrasonic intensity and time are optimized to further improve the extraction rate of Chlorella protein. Moreover, the process is mild, the method is simple to operate, the
solvent is recyclable, and the environment is
environmentally friendly, making it suitable for large-scale production. The extracted protein retains its natural conformation and activity, making it suitable for the development of high-value-added products.
