Abstract

The invention provides a knowledge point processing method and device, a server, a medium and a product. In the method, a cache space of a control client stores a knowledge set corresponding to the client, and a memory level storage space of the server stores knowledge points obtained based on the knowledge set of each client; knowledge points of which the global access times are higher than or equal to a second preset threshold value are stored in a document-level storage space of the server; and knowledge points of which the global access times are lower than a second preset threshold value are stored in a disk-level storage space of the server. Therefore, hierarchical storage of knowledge points is realized. Experiments prove that most query statements can find knowledge points with relatively high relevancy in a cache space or a memory-level storage space. And a small part of query statements can find knowledge points with relatively high relevancy in the document-level storage space. And a very few query statements can find knowledge points with relatively high relevancy in the disk-level storage space. In other words, the time consumed for averagely finding the knowledge points with the high relevancy with the query statement is shortened.
