Problems solved by technology

There are various causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion, and the clear causes include uterine malformation, antiphospholipid syndrome, hormonal and metabolic disorders, and cytogenetic abnormalities, but these clear pathogenic factors can only explain a small number of RPL cases
At present, the etiology of more than 50% of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients is difficult to determine, and only empirical treatment measures such as progesterone, anticoagulation or immune regulation can be given

Embodiment 1

[0117] When the first miscarriage occurs, if the cause of miscarriage has not been determined, it is particularly important to further determine whether it is unexplained recurrent pregnancy loss (URPL). Our work found that specific CD56 was absent in decidua tissue from abortion patients + , CD39 + , CD59 + NK cells (natural killer cells, natural killer cells, NK cells for short).

[0118] Our previous research work showed that NK cells were abnormal in decidual tissue of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion, but abnormal NK cells in decidual tissue could not be used for clinical detection, because decidual tissue could not be sampled during normal pregnancy; Changes in NK cells in the blood are also correlated with miscarriage, therefore, we use the changes in NK cells in peripheral blood samples to predict miscarriage.

Abstract

The invention relates to application of a biomarker in preparation of a kit for diagnosing abortion. The biomarker comprises at least one of CD39, CD59 and GZMA. The risk of abortion can be evaluated by detecting positive cell populations of the biomarkers CD39, CD59 and GZMA, and an effective evaluation method is provided for clinical diagnosis of abortion.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular to the use of biomarkers in preparing a kit for diagnosing miscarriage. Background technique [0002] Recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL) is an important reproductive health problem affecting approximately 2% to 5% of couples worldwide. The risk of RPL has a certain relationship with the age of pregnant women. For pregnant women under 35 years old, the probability of occurrence is about 9% to 12%; for pregnant women over 40 years old, the probability of occurrence can reach 50%. The etiology of recurrent spontaneous abortion is varied, and the more definite causes include uterine malformation, antiphospholipid syndrome, hormonal and metabolic disorders, and cytogenetic abnormalities, but these definite pathogenic factors can only explain a small number of RPL cases. At present, it is difficult to determine the etiology of more than 50% of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients, and only empiric...
