The journey planning and travel note social management platform system comprises a journey planning system, a travel note social system, middleware used for improving system performance and a micro-service component. The invention further discloses a using method of the system. The using method comprises the steps that 1, the traveler (2) and the tour guide (1) use any interaction tool (3) to discuss journey details; 2, the tour guide (1) inputs content in a journey planning system (5) according to a discussion result and a standardized template to compile a journey plan; step 3, the service center cluster pushes the latest travel planning version to the client of the passenger (2); step 4, if both the tour guide (1) and the traveler (2) are satisfied with the current journey plan, ending; otherwise, repeating the steps 1-4.
