Embodiment Construction

[0037] First, the top member for closing the container will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2 .

[0038] The top part comprises a cover 10 closing the opening 12 . A cover 10 is attached to the edge of the opening 12 by a hinge 14 and has a first portion 16 and a second portion 18 surrounding the first portion 16 . On the border between the two parts 16 and 18 there is a ring 20 which fits precisely into the periphery of the opening 12 to form a good seal when closed. When the lid 10 is folded down over the opening 12, the second part 18 rests on the outer wall 22 of the top part, surrounding the opening 12; whereas the first part completely closes said opening.

[0039] Cover 10 has two holes 24 and 26 for mating with two posts 24a and 26a. When the cover is in the closed position, two posts 24a and 26a pass through holes 24 and 26, respectively. At the free ends of the studs, each of the two studs has associated fastening means 24c and 26c.
