[0071] Such as figure 2 As shown in (b), if it is an electronic thermometer 11 with dual temperature sensors, other parameters can be used to predict the equilibrium body temperature. The configuration of the electronic thermometer 11 has already been described in the first embodiment, and the prediction method will be described below.

[0072] In the electronic thermometer 11 equipped with dual temperature sensors, the temperature difference between the first temperature sensor 211 and the second temperature sensor 212 has a linear relationship with the temperature at this time, and this point is used to obtain the initial characteristic value. That is, after a period of time, the difference Δ between the temperature value T1(t) of the first temperature sensor 211 and the temperature value T2(t) of the second temperature sensor 212 12 T(t) and the temperature T1(t) at this time point satisfy the linear relationship of the following formula ( Figure 8 ).

Abstract

The present invention provides an electronic body-temperature thermometer with high accuracy of temperature measurement in a short operating time. The electronic body-temperature thermometer uses a parameter of temperature rise status from measurement start until about 20 seconds in the initial stage to predict the equilibrium temperature. Such a parameter is used to calculate the time required from maximum of the gradient of temperature rise curve start to a certain constant value tau (e.g., 0.2), and to calculate the temperature gradient at a period between certain time and 5 seconds before using an equation of Delta5T(t)=T(t)-T(t-5), and then to calculate the predicted equilibrium temperature Tb(t) by using an equation of Tb(t)=AT(t)+BDelta5T(t)+Ctau+D .

Description

technical field [0001] The invention provides a predictive electronic thermometer. Background technique [0002] Electronic thermometers are roughly divided into two categories. One class is called the measured formula. This is an electronic thermometer that faithfully displays the temperature of the temperature measuring element in the temperature measuring part. With regard to such a real-measurement type thermometer, the temperature-measuring part is placed under the armpit or in the mouth of the subject to be measured, and the temperature (equilibrium temperature) at the point when the temperature does not rise is taken as the body temperature. Use a measured thermometer to measure the equilibrium temperature. Generally, it needs to be placed in the mouth for 5 minutes and under the armpit for more than 10 minutes. Among actual measuring thermometers, there are also thermometers that sound a buzzer when the temperature rises below a certain value, thereby ending the t...
