Embodiment Construction

[0089] According to the steps of the present invention,

[0090] 1) Determine the noise characteristics of the CT machine through experiments.

[0091] Use a 7-inch water model to test the noise characteristics of the CT2800 model of Neusoft Digital Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., using a scan mode with a slice thickness of 10mm, a rotation speed of 2s, and a voltage of 120kv. The current changes every 5MA between 35MA and 200MA. 19 scans were carried out, and the current factors corresponding to each noise level were calculated using formula (2), and then written into a file format:

[0092] 10.53 9.83 9.28... 4.96 4.9 4.85

Abstract

The method of keeping image noise consistence in Z-axle direction of CT system includes the following steps: experiment determining the noise characteristic of CT system and obtaining noise list; experiment determining the effects of other scanning condition on noise; plain film scanning to obtain plain data; calculating based on user's option; calculating current; and scanning with the calculated current. The present invention estimates the noise level of CT image effectively via FROI process, lays the foundation for comparing noise in different CT image, and adopts equivalent attenuation diameter process to describe image noise-current relation precisely. The method can keep the image noise consistence in Z-axle direction of CT system while reducing the X-ray dosage on the patient effectively.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of CT machines, in particular to a method for ensuring the consistency of image noise in the Z-axis direction in a CT system. Background technique [0002] In the clinical application of CT, due to the harm of X-rays to human health, dose reduction has become the focus of attention. In general, the effective way to reduce the dose is to reduce the current of the tube, but under the same conditions, the decrease of the tube current will increase the image noise, thereby reducing the image quality, which has an adverse effect on the doctor's diagnosis. [0003] In order to effectively solve this problem, an effective way is needed to measure the relationship between the current and image noise in the CT system, so as to effectively reduce the X-ray dose received by the patient and ensure the image quality. Contents of the invention [0004] Aiming at the problems existing in the existing CT technology, the ...
