[0025]FIG. 1 illustrates a portable outdoor fireplace 10 in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded view of such embodiment illustrating its various components.

This shows that the entire fireplace can be assembled without any tools, such as screw drivers, pliers, and the like and with a minimum number of fasteners.
