BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION[0001]Protecting persons in inclement weather is often a difficult task. As our world has gotten more complex, so have been the articles for protection. However, very often a person needs a simple solution.[0002]The classic rain poncho that goes over one's head seems to provide a solution. However, there is a significant drawback with this configuration in that persons are not always in a situation where they are able to or comfortable with securing the poncho around their body with their heads protruding from the single opening.[0003]Currently, raincoats are either ponchos, zippers, or buttons. It is very difficult in various situations to put on or take off raincoats that require two hands.
