The application discloses a method for preparing propafenone, and belongs to the technical field of
drug synthesis. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking 4-bromoguaiacol as
raw material to perform etherification reaction with N,N-diethylchloroacetamide to obtain an intermediate A; (2) performing cross
coupling reaction on the intermediate A and dipropyl
malonate under the
catalysis of a
copper /
oxamide ligand
combination system to obtain an intermediate B; and (3) performing
decarboxylation on the intermediate B by heating to obtain the propafenone. The
raw material is cheap and easy to obtain, the
route is short, the operation is simple, and the method has good industrial application value.
