The method includes associating the wireless end-user device with a wireless data service that defines a set of one or more permitted Internet access destinations, receiving, at a network intermediary configured to mediate Internet access for the wireless end-user device, a request from the wireless end-user device to access data associated with a first Internet access destination of the set of one or more permitted Internet access destinations, providing, via the network intermediary, the wireless end-user device with access to the first Internet access destination in response to the request, measuring data traffic exchanged between the wireless end-user device and the network intermediary in connection with the access to the first Internet access destination, and classifying the measured data traffic as being associated with the first one of the first Internet access destinations.
