fiber, and then heat treatment is carried out to obtain a
polymer fluorescent
microsphere with a coding function. The method can control the fluorescent type and intensity of the fluorescent coding microsphere and the particle size of the microsphere according to requirements, the preparation process is simple, the method is suitable for large-scale production, the fluorescent performance is stable, and the method can be used for detecting cells, proteins or other molecules in biological samples.
