The ultra-high frequency RFID label antenna comprises a dielectric substrate, a radiation unit and a matching unit, wherein the radiation unit comprises a radio frequency chip, a first fan-shaped metal layer and a second fan-shaped metal layer, the first fan-shaped metal layer and thesecond fan-shaped metal layer both are attached onto an upper surface of the dielectric substrate, a left-right symmetric surface of the dielectric substrate is used as a reference surface, a centralline of the dielectric substrate is arranged on the reference surface, the first fan-shaped metal layer is arranged at a left side of the reference surface, the second fan-shaped metal layer is arranged at right side of the reference surface, the matching unit comprises a first arc metal layer and a second arc metal layer, the first arc metal layer and the second arc metal layer are attached ontoa lower end surface of the dielectric substrate, a circle center of the first arc metal layer is arranged on a straight line perpendicular to the dielectric substrate and passing through a center ofthe dielectric substrate, and a circle center of the second arc metal layer is arranged on a straight line perpendicular to the dielectric substrate and passing through the center of the dielectric substrate. The invention relates to an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) read-write device and particularly relates to a mobile phone card with an RFID reader chip, wherein the mobile phone card combines with the RFID read-write device and a mobile communication device. The mobile phone card with the RFID reader chip comprises an SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card on which an SIM card microprocessor chip, an ultrahigh frequency RFID reader chip and an antenna are integrated, wherein the ultrahigh frequency RFID reader chip is connected with the SIM microprocessor chip, and the ultrahigh frequency RFID reader chip comprises the RFID reader chip, a power amplifier, a coupler and an active crystal oscillator; the RFID reader chip is connected with the coupler through the power amplifier, and the coupler is further connected with the antenna; and the RFID reader chip is further connected with the active crystal oscillator. By utilizing the mobile phone card with the RFID reader chip on a mobile phone, the normal mobile phone has a function of reading and writing an RFID electronic label; and the mobile phone with the mobile phone card has the advantages of longer reading distance and higher data transmission speed while reading and writing the label.
