The invention belongs to the technical field of
plant propagation, particularly relating to a fast cuttage propagation method for silkwood. The invention absorbs a theoretical basis of
tissue culture, carries out cuttage on stock micro-propagation unit materials to a nursery
bed to culture after the stock micro-propagation unit materials are treated through a rooting agent, and releases
plant tissue culture from a laboratory to cause the
plant tissue culture to directly go to production. The invention has the advantages of little explant amount, low propagation expansion cost, fast propagation speed,
high survival rate, and the like and realizes continuous fast propagation all the year round. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, building a fast propagation
greenhouse base, and taking
perlite as
cutting matrix; secondly, preparing propagation materials: taking and shearing annual or perennial lignification or semi-lignification hale branches into cuttings with the length of 2 to 4 cm, and leaving one leaf and one sprout for each
cutting; thirdly, carrying out disinfection treatment for the nursery
bed and the cuttings; fourthly, treating the cuttings with the rooting agent and rooting
powder; fifthly, managing the nursery
bed: after the cuttage, controlling
water content of the matrix to be about 60 percent, the
environmental humidity to be about 95 percent and the temperature to between 20 DEG C to 30 DEG C, and shading the cuttings with double
layers through a shading net with the
transmittance of 50 percent; and sixthly, testing and
transplanting sprouts.
