This invention discloses a multi-dimensional
adaptation method and
system for sea and island use based on spatial topology and
semantic mining, belonging to the technical field of marine
resource management and territorial
spatial planning. The method includes: receiving structured information on sea use, island use, and sea and island use projects; dynamically combining queries and displaying results based on multi-dimensional semantic features; automatically distributing projects and
synchronizing their status according to county-level administrative divisions; automatically calling GIS services on the project details page, overlaying multiple
layers for spatial topology analysis, and outputting structured conclusions; and generating a PDF analysis report based on a preset template, integrating spatial compliance, suspicious areas, and calculation results of sea area use fees. This invention solves the problems of inconsistent data standards, low efficiency of manual review, and disconnect between business and
spatial analysis in existing technologies, realizing scientific review and decision support for sea and island use projects.
