Abstract

The invention discloses a realizing method of mobile virtual private network, comprising: first user's device releases the route message to the edge device of second service provider through the edge device of the first service provider; the second user's device gets the route message through the second service provider; the edge device of second service provider enquires if the second user's device has a new label; if yes, it indicates that the second user's device is a mobile sub-network, then the mobile sub-network carries out the data transmission with the first user's device through the edge device of third service provider; otherwise, it indicates the second user's device is a mobile host machine, then the mobile host machine carries out the communication with said first user's device through the edge device of the second service provider. The invention also discloses a mobile virtual private network. The invention provides a solution which makes the MPLS main network connect organically with the mobile subnet and can be supported in a mobile manner by the BGP / MPLS VPN, thereby remedying the defect that the mobility of the virtual private network can not be supported in prior art.
