Embodiment Construction

[0034] Referring to the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a sewing machine base, which also includes a machine head 2 having a presser foot 12, and corresponding upper sewing components, such as thread pulling devices.

[0035] In particular, base body 1 allows the sewing machine to use two different types of stitches without requiring major replacement of components. In fact, it is possible to combine and / or alternate knotted and chain stitches.

[0036] To achieve this result, the base body 1 comprises a first crochet needle 5 and a second crochet needle 6 for continuous rotary motion for knot stitches, and crochet needles 7 and 27 for reciprocating motion for chain stitches.

[0037] The first crochet hook 5 can be seen in the right position in FIGS. 5 and 9 , connected by a pin 9 to a device 22 of known type allowing its movement.

[0038] Also in FIG. 7 , the hooks 7 and 27 are connected by supports 23 to a pin 8 designed for reciprocating movement, the hooks 7 and 2...

Abstract

The invention concerns a sewing machine, preferably of the industrial type, with a base (1) designed to mechanically sew together two pieces of fabric by using different types of stitches thanks to the layout of means (5, 6, 7, 27) driven and adjusted according to the machine operator's requirements. In particular these means (5, 6, 7, 27) can be positioned at desired distances one from the other to ensure the proper positioning of the stitches in the desired zones.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a sewing machine, in particular of the industrial type, designed to mechanically sew two pieces of fabric using different types of stitches and adjusting the stitch arrangement. Background technique [0002] It is therefore a sewing machine characterized by the ability to sew two pieces of fabric with at least two different types of stitches arranged at the desired distance, thanks to the quick setting of said device. [0003] As is well known, sewing machines that mechanically sew together two or more pieces of fabric are generally designed to industry standards according to different structural characteristics based on the design to perform different procedures. [0004] For example, known sewing machines are devices with a single or multiple needles for sewing garments, such as usual jeans or slacks, overalls, shirts or other garments. [0005] In their most common form, these various types of sewing machines have a...
