The method for testing sounding balloon bursting comprises the following steps: a sounding balloon to be tested is suspended on the top of a laboratory through a suspending device; compressed air of a certain pressure is conveyed into the sounding balloon through a pipeline; an air flowmeter is arranged in a pipeline for conveying the compressed air, and a pressure sensor arranged at the inner side of the sounding balloon is arranged at the end port of the joint of the sounding balloon and the pipeline for conveying the compressed air; the air flowmeter and the pressure sensor respectively collect the flow rate and the pressure of the air flowing into the sounding balloon; the flow rate and the pressure of the air are converted into electrical signals; the collected electrical signals are conveyed to a pressure computer (PC) through an electrical wire; and the flow rate of the air is directly displayed and then accumulated and processed by the PC to be formed into volume parameters to be displayed.
