As air in the ink box is absorbed based on the air pressure principle, and the absorbed pressure is cancelled to press ink in the ink storage container inside the ink box based on the air pressure principle, residual ink in the ink box is not needed and the whole process is carried out under a sealing state, thereby solving the technical problems of ink waste and environmental pollution caused by sucking residual ink inside the ink box by the prior ink refilling method.
