Abstract

The invention relates to a method for refilling ink to an ink box, comprising the following steps: 1, sealing an ink filling opening of the ink box with an ink supply opening of an ink storage container of an ink filling tool incompletely filled with ink in a sealing way, sealing a suction unit with the ink storage container of the ink filling tool and sealing the ink box; 2, sucking air inside the ink storage container of the ink filling tool with the suction unit; and 3, releasing the suction unit, wherein the ink box automatically absorbs ink in the ink storage container of the ink filling tool as a result of air pressure balance. As air in the ink box is absorbed based on the air pressure principle, and the absorbed pressure is cancelled to press ink in the ink storage container inside the ink box based on the air pressure principle, residual ink in the ink box is not needed and the whole process is carried out under a sealing state, thereby solving the technical problems of ink waste and environmental pollution caused by sucking residual ink inside the ink box by the prior ink refilling method.
