Abstract

The invention relates to a combined type platform with air flotation and adsorption two-way function, comprising a stone base which is provided with a first top surface, a first bottom surface, a first circumferential surface, a mounting groove formed on the first top surface, and an air duct which is extended to the first top surface from the first circumferential surface, and a ventilating ceramic plate which is provided with a second top surface, a second bottom surface and a second circumferential surface, the air duct is provided with a first end part which is close to the first circumferential surface, and a second end part which is close to the first top surface, the ventilating ceramic plate is fixedly arranged on the mounting groove of the stone base, and an air chamber communicated with the second end part of the air duct is defined by the second bottom surface and the first top surface of the stone base. The combined type platform can stably move on the working platform in an air floatation way, a workpiece is adsorbed and located or the workpiece moves in an air floatation way.
