The indication method comprises the following steps of: measuring a channel; and if a measuring result indicates that user equipment meets the requirement of a transmission mode of upstream SU-MIMO (Single User-Multiple Input Multiple Output) under the condition of carrying out spatial multiplexing or transmission diversity, transmitting a control command containing a layer number, the indication of the transmission properties of one or more transmission blocks, the indication of precoding information and the indication of a plurality of DMRS (Data Management and Retrieval System) cyclic shifts. The invention also provides an indication device for the upstream data transmission, a base station, an upstream data transmission method, an upstream data transmission device and the user equipment in the LET-A system.
