Abstract

By morphology observation, physiology and biochemistry analysis and 16S rDNA homology analysis, the strain CY004 is authenticated to be Pseudomonas mendocina ymp. The strain can quickly degrade the ammonia nitrogen, the nitrate nitrogen and the nitrite nitrogen in the water body, has no pathogenicity on animals of silver carp, sharksucker, shrimp, Eriocheir sinensis, white mouse and the like, and better degradation function on the nitrite and the ammonia nitrogen in the real sewage under normal temperature, degradation rate reaching 96.1 percent and 90 percent respectively on the nitrate nitrogen and the ammonia nitrogen in the aquaculture sewage, degradation rate reaching 97.3 percent and 97.1 percent respectively on the nitrate nitrogen and the ammonia nitrogen in the domestic sewage and better application prospect.
