Abstract

The invention discloses a method for identifying a common head cabbage-Chinese cabbage alien addition line, which comprises the following steps of: (1) according to a published genetic map of cabbage, selecting 207 simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers of 10 linkage groups of the Chinese cabbage, wherein primer sequences are synthesized by the Shanghai Sangon Biotech Co., Ltd.; (2) extracting genomic DNAs of the common head cabbage and the Chinese cabbage of different varieties, and performing polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification; (3) performing electrophoretic separation on amplification products and performing silver-staining detection; (4) screening the SSR markers, special relative to the common head cabbage, of the linkage groups of the Chinese cabbage; and (5) identifying the common head cabbage-Chinese cabbage alien addition line by utilizing the SSR markers, special relative to the common head cabbage, of the linkage groups of the Chinese cabbage.
