The method comprises the following steps of: converting a manuscript into a hyper text markup language (HTML) file; analyzing the HTML file and establishing a translation database file (TransIDB), wherein the HTML file is placed in the TransIDB; uploading the TransIDB to a server; downloading the TransIDB and establishing a local translation database by using a local terminal; and under the TransIDB, processing the HTML file and synchronizing the changed content to the server. Under the condition of separating from a Sharepoint program of the Microsoft, synchronous operation among office files is realized by the method, so that synchronous working between translation and checking is realized.
