The invention discloses a digital photo frame capable of adjusting the size of a photo, comprising a power supply for supplying power to a digital photo frame, a storage unit, an AV (audio / video) decoding unit and a display unit, wherein the storage unit, the AV decoding unit and the display unit are connected to a microcontroller, the display unit is provided with a display screen, the microcontrollor reads a plurality of photos from the storage unit and then displays the photos on the display screen, and the size of the selected photo is manually adjusted by using a cursor which selects a photo on the display screen; the digital photo frame also comprises a photo size calculating unit and a photo size adjusting unit which are connected with the microprocessor; the photo size calculating unit calculates the sizes and the layout of other unselected photos according to the initial position and the adjusted position of the selected photo; and the photo size adjusting unit automatically adjusts the layout and the sizes of the unselected photos on the display screen according to the calculated results of the photo size calculating unit. The digital photo frame can very conveniently realize the zoom of other photos when a user amplifies or reduces a special photo, thereby providing convenience for the user.
