The preparation method comprises the steps of crushing all components, screening with a sieve of 200 meshes andmixing evenly. When used for treatment, the medicament provided by the invention is put into a medicine bag made of non-woven fabric, then the medicine bag is sown on the inner surface of a disposable mask, and a patient wears the mask and aligns the medicine bag with the nostrils.
